By registering for a webinar, you agree to receive SMS and email communications in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Consent to Receive Communications

By providing your phone number and email address during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and email reminders related to upcoming webinars, events, and relevant follow-up information.

These communications may include:

Webinar reminders and updates

Information related to services and/or affiliated offerings

You acknowledge that:

SMS messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (auto-dialer).

Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and service plan.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. Opt-Out of SMS & Email

SMS Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive.

After sending “STOP,” you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Re-enrolling may include:

Replying “START” to a text message, or

Opting in again through the original registration method and providing consent

Email Opt-Out

To opt out of email communications, click the “unsubscribe” link/button at the bottom of any email you receive. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive marketing emails, but you may still receive transactional or service-related emails.

5. General Terms

You represent and warrant that the phone number provided during registration is your own and not someone else’s.

If your phone number or email address changes, you agree to update your information promptly to ensure continued communication.

We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to circumstances outside of our control, including (but not limited to) network issues, carrier restrictions, filtering, or device limitations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws in the United States and Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be handled in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside.
